"How do I keep my head down during my golf swing?" "Why do I keep lifting my head up during the swing?" Are you one of those people that someone tells to keep your head down after you’ve hit your shot?
Have you ever hit so many shots on a hole you didn’t know what to do with yourself? I know I have, and it’s beyond frustrating. It’s fair to say that Sergio Garcia did not have a good day at the Masters. I’ve got my theory on what happened. Let’s look at how it played out.

Have you ever seen this at the driving range, or would you even say this is you at the driving range… Person gets a jumbo bucket of balls, hits a couple of chip shots, moves on to a few thinned 9 irons, hits three or four hooked and sliced 3 irons and then finishes the rest of the bucket with the driver? All within the relatively short time of 30 minutes!
